  • Additional leveling fee beyond 12 inches.

  • All prices include labor within 30 miles of San Antonio.

  • Price does not include painting of the shed.

  • 3ft clearance around the building.

  • Customer responsibility to obtain building permits.

  • Electricity must be within 100 feet of the shed.
